This blog is intended as a news outlet for the OASIS Commission of the Episcopal Diocese of Newark. We envision Crossleft as the ideal partner through which we can embrace blogging technology, and hope to meet and collaborate with fellow progressive Christians.

THE OASIS is a ministry of cultural and racial diversity with all who experience prejudice and oppression because of their sexual orientation or expression.

THE OASIS offers reconciliation, education, liberation and hope to all who seek sanctuary, empowerment, justice and peace.
