Solidarity echange trip to Venezuela

Hello to all,

I am planning to go on this http://www.usven.net/ trip to Venezuela in late July-early August. Our goals in going are:

1) to learn more about the revolution Venezuela and how it is actually impacting the lives of people in that country,

2) gain encouragement and inspiration from the positive changes in Venezuela that we bring home with us, and

3) to use what we learn to influence US policy of toward Venezuela in a non-interventionist direction.

Please consider joining this trip. If you are interested, use the info on the web site to contact the organizers. The price of this trip ($400) is extremely reasonable, given that that covers 8 days in Venezuela, and given the cost of similar trips by other groups.

I am especially interested in OTHER PHILADELPHIANS (or people living near Philly) going on this trip, so that we can collaborate as "local allies to Venezuela and its people" upon our return.

With thanks,
Paul Beich

I took a trip last year to Venezuela with princess cruises and stayed a few days i had a great time and think the country is doing really well. I would love to go back but i'm always trying to go to new places each year and see as much of south and central america as possible.
