Connect locally

Pray and act for peace in Iraq; connect locally; participate in our March 6-10 Washington Witness; join FACEBOOK

Friends, as our local coordinator, Courtney Dillard, whom many of you have met on our phone calls, reminds us, "If people go to D.C., even lobby, but then go home and have no point of connection, no work to be done for the long haul – we lose sight of the bigger picture." We invite you to form and join groups in your community. To learn of others in your area, send your email, city/state/zip code and, if comfortable, phone number to LocalVigils@ChristianPeaceWitness.org and we'll help you meet. As always, we will not give your contact information to anyone other CPWI organizers. Dynamic organizers are ready to meet you in dozens of areas across the country.

Join the CPWI local organizers across the country who are creating a Christian Witness for Peace in Iraq in their communities.

Periodic hour-long conference calls are times to share stories and hear from someone who has had recent, direct experience in the Middle East.

The next calls are:

Tuesday, January 29th at 8:30 p.m. Eastern time
Thursday, January 31 at 10 p.m. Eastern time

Everyone interested is welcome to listen.
