Secret UN Meetings To Discuss UFOs

My concern is encouraging Christians to think in terms of: "How will the appearance of a galactic family impact my belief system?"

According to the research I have done, our galactic family has interacted with this planet throughout history. The relatively recent term "UFO" (UNidentified flying object) serves to cover up this interaction. As stated in Dr. Salla's article, with the increase of sightings all over the planet, the truth about our galactic family's presence with us is moving into the open. This is a factor that will influence churches and Christians. Ministers, in particular, will be faced with myriad questions regarding how knowledge of other intelligent beings in our solar system and galaxy fits into the Christian faith, or does it? Being prepared by thinking ahead seems far more advantageous than waiting until a crisis in faith occurs.

I view preparing for open acceptance that we are not alone in the world as important (actually more so) as thinking in terms of how we can creatively solve the problems of poverty, health insurance, and hunger. More so ... because our galactic family possesses technology that far exceeds our own--technology that can lead to the problem solutions. The mere presence of UFOs in our skies confirms their advanced technology.

Regarding the election:
America is at a crossroads as we face the 2008 election. Having worked on two presidential campaigns in the past, I have experienced first hand how the opposition and news media will distort and play up certain statements by the candidates to accomplish their own goals. Kucinich has always reacted by "standing tall" within his own truth. We, as voters, must learn to discern truth and to recognize manipulations by opposition forces and the media. We must follow Kucinich's example and stand tall in the knowledge that in order to create a better world for our children and grandchildren, we must think and act outside the box.

I am writing this as a person who got a close up view of a UFO and know something is out there. I was one of those people who said "I will believe it when I see it", and I saw one, and now I believe.

However as a person of faith who wants to influence the political discussion in this country, I think that if we took up the idea of dialogue with our intergalatic family, we would lose credibility. We would be dismissed as people on the fringe, not to be taken seriously. When Kucinich admitted to seeing a UFO it was used against him to play into the idea that he is "too far out there" to be taken seriously.

Our country is really on the edge right now. When we weigh all the options and pros and cons, I vote for Progeressive Christians not trying to connect with beings in the rest of the galaxy.At this point in time, it would do more harm than good in achieving the goals we aspire to. Sorry.

I don't know how to start such a discussion. I don't know how to prepare either, other than reading the articles on the exopolitics site.
