"THE NATIONAL ECONOMIC SECURITY AND REFORMATION ACT
We also understood that documents concerning the National Economic Security and Reformation Act (NESARA), hoarded by Chief Justice Roberts on behalf of the Weltkriminalgesellschaft, had been taken from him, apparently on the orders of The Queen (implemented by MI6, who have been present as noted in the United States (ever since 2006), with the authority of the World Court).
This legislation, signed into law by President Clinton in March 2000, comes into effect when it is announced; and the primary objective of the Bush-Clinton-Cheney kleptocracy, especially since implementation of the Act was deliberately sabotaged by 9/11, has been to prevent at all costs this announcement ever happening – so that their secret financial rapine could continue indefinitely.
Information about the legislation, also known as the Reformation Act, is believed to have been leaked inter alia by Mark Delmart Vreeland, the Office of Naval Intelligence operative, in June 2000 (unverified). This matter has everything to do with the stealing of the 2000 Presidential Election, and with the known fact that Bush Jr's nickname has been said to have been 'Temporary', as he was supposed to have stepped down after six months, to make way for The Reformation Act, which was later rescheduled for 10.00am on 11th September 2001.
Under NESARA, Constitutional Law (the US Rule of Law) is restored and all traces of any fake virtual, or ‘shadow’ (Fascist) fraudulent governance system that lacks all legitimacy, and which has been sending so many people into a state of convoluted frenzy, are defanged. All key members of the Administration du jour are removed, headed in the prevailing context by Bush, Cheney and the entire Cabinet; specified law enforcement personnel take over relevant Government offices, and the Federal Reserve and its personnel are absorbed into a new US Treasury Bank System, as was discussed earlier in Wantagate reports.
As noted, the Reformation Act was to have been announced at 10 a.m. EDT on 11th September 2001, but the buildings were blown up shortly before 9.00 a.m. that day, murdering an unknown number of people. Thus the 9/11 abominations were much ‘worse’ than the Reichstag Fire event of 1933 to which they have been compared.
For this was nothing less than a deliberate, carefully prepared and orchestrated atrocity committed by the criminalist US ‘shadow government’ possibly with foreign criminal intelligence input, against the people and property of the United States, designed to forestall the intended Reformation Act announcements so that the corrupt banksterism carousel could continue. Actually, the PRIMARY objective of the criminalist cadres for years has been to cover up all traces of their criminality."

Thanks again, Bill. Hopefully, within the near future we will know for sure what is true about all the above stories.
Some things we know for sure: there is corruption and people want to know the truth and want change.
Until our government and news media are forthright with the American people, we must continue to research and seek truth the best way we can, then share what we find with others.
So, thanks for sharing yours. That's what I am doing too ... sharing my research. I feel sure there are nuggets of truth hidden within most of what we read. Discerning what they are is the hard part.
Together on Crossleft, we will discover some truth--at the very least.
Looking for NESARA

I've checked out many references to NESARA but most of them refer back to other sites that make the same claims without providing any checkable evidence.
So far, I've found out only two things that come from outside this self-referential network, plus two reports from urban legends/scams sites. And also an unchallenged Wikipedia article that provides some basic information.
The two things I've found:
1. By googling "Bush", "nickname", and "temporary", I found that Bush's nickname of "Temporary" apparently was his Yale Skull-and-Bones nickname. Since it goes back that far, it would not have been given as an indication that he was to step down in 2001 after 6 months of being president.
2. I found one reference to a case that's part of the claimed history of NESARA - an alleged 1993 Supreme Court decision in a case brought by farmers who charged that banks fraudulently foreclosed on their mortgages. The NESARA site maintains that:
"In early 1993, the nine US Supreme Court judges ruled seven to two in favor of the farmers on all major issues including that the Federal Reserve Banking system was unconstitutional, that the US has been operating outside the Constitution since March 1933, that major reformations of government and our banking system are required, and that financial redress and remedies must be provided for financial losses due to bank fraud suffered by generations of Americans....Because of the extraordinary nature of the necessary reformations, the Court sealed all court records and put all people directly involved under Non Disclosure agreements (gag orders) until the reformations are publicly and officially announced."
The name of the case is given as "Baskerville and Foster v. Credit Bank of Wichita, Federal Land Bank, and First Interstate Bank of Fort Collins".

According to the judgment that's posted online, the case was thrown out by the US Federal Court of Appeals, Tenth Circuit, on June 1, 1994, the year after the alleged Supreme Court decision. The judges characterized the appeal as "a rambling and almost unreadable brief which raises no issues. We are not obliged to manufacture a party's argument on appeal when the party fails to carry its burden of drawing our attention to errors below."
The scam reports, for whatever they're worth:
1. Quatloos.com: http://www.quatloos.com/NESARA.htm (Quatloos.com is an anti-fraud website that appears to be legit. PC Magazine recommended it as a good place to learn about internet scams and related fraud and Forbes selected it as one of its "Best of the Web" sites in 2000.

The idea that there was a secret Supreme Court decision followed by a pain-of-death gag order; a secret passage of a bill in the Congress (voted on only by the sponsors and co-sponsors of the bill, under the direction and protection of Delta Force and Navy Seals); a secret signing of the bill by President Clinton; a delay of its going into effect until a public announcement some time in the future; and all of this being promoted by a cabal of benevolent, but threatening, top-ranking military officers beginning 15 years ago, far exceeds anything I can believe.
With all credit card debt being "zeroed out" and with "bank debt relief" given on bank loans -- mortgages, car loans, education loans, business loans and other bank debt -- with all of them being paid off by the banks themselves by using "new high revenue-generating processes", this would be like the Jubilee on steroids. A consummation devoutly to be wished, to be sure, but it sounds like fantasy to me .
What rings true in the NESARA presentation is the diagnosis of what's wrong: an economy with unemployment, high debt, and poverty; a government piling on more debt on top of debt; our military losing their lives "in battles for greedy corporations' gains"; elections based on "lies, bribery, and betrayals". (They forgot climate change and peak oil.) Unfortunately, hoping for a magic-wand piece of legislation won't fix things. I'll believe it when I see it or see some real evidence.

Thank you for outlining your research on NESARA. You have voiced the doubts of many.
As you can see from my website, I—along with thousands of others throughout the world—worked for several years to publicize the NESARA LAW. A part of that work included legal research regarding the problems that NESARA purported to solve. We, as Americans, had to follow our intuitive knowing in working to publicize NESARA. Gag orders, with the threat of death attached to them, are common.
I posted Christopher Story’s mention of NESARA because it is the first time an individual of national or international statue has confirmed the existence of NESARA in a public manner. It is an even stronger confirmation because Story places it in writing and did so following his return home to the United Kingdom after attending the Spring Meeting of the IMF/World Bank Group.
Story is not likely to propagate a scam. He is an international investigative reporter and long time editor of THE INTERNATIONAL CURRENCY REVIEW. This magazine is read by governments throughout the world in addition to the international banking community, and professionals in the field of finance. That Story broke the public silence on NESARA is very noteworthy.
There are numerous cover-ups being perpetrated on the American people. These cover-ups require disinformation agents/websites to refute the truth citizens manage to expose. In an effort to take back our nation, many Americans are researching and placing truth on the internet. Disinformation agents respond with rebuttal. This is a time of extreme need to develop our skills of discernment between truth and non-truth.

Americans need to wake up to what is really going on behind our backs. The more Americans know, the less anyone can operate secretly. We must depend on our own research and discernment in the search for truth. Even if NESARA is never announced, the truth will set us free one way or the other!

NESARA and Christopher Story
Nancy, I had looked at the story on Story that you had previously linked, and I wasn't favorably impressed. The many paragraphs of ALL CAPS didn't make a good first impression. Neither did his supercharged rhetoric and heavy-handed German-language satire, though I share his disdain for those he attacked. Beyond those superficial aspects, his material doesn't seem to check out. Now I'm convinced that there are, as the Rev. Wright would say, no limits to what our government and other leaders will do, and that there are conspiracies galore. And I've been reading stories about conspiracies and coverups for decades, many of them real.
I'm quite familiar with the Bilderburgers, the Trilateral Commission, Bohemian Grove, and other international corporate/government get-togethers. And it's no shock to me that there's a "Global Elite", which Derek Wilson of Converge.org seems to think should come as a great surprise. As a former stockbroker, I'm pretty familiar with the Federal Reserve system, its history, and its operations -- and had already read the piece by Lendman (globalresearch.ca) which you recommended. And I've already read a lot on every one of the coverups that are mentioned on the home page of the WantToKnow site.
But one has to maintain standards for trying to discern truths. A major part of my criteria come from my education in cultural anthropology, and my practice of the same during part of my working life. As an anthropologist, one learns both the interconnectedness of everything and the many disconnects between what's said and what's done -- and what's claimed.
So, just to take one part of Christopher Story's material, it does seem to me that Secretary of the Treasury Henry Paulson is currently alive and well. and continuing to speak nonsense. Yet Story reported that Paulson was shot in December 2007 and died on January 2, 2008. And he reported that the death was confirmed to his sources by the State Department. And then he reported that the family confirmed the gunshot death and had agreed on a cover story of death by heart attack. But no cover story, or story of any kind, was put forth. So, if the assassination story is true, the subsequent coverup would have to have been so complete that no journalists in the whole world carried the story, and the Secretary of the Treasury whom we've been seeing on the TV News is a fake. He would have to be a perfect double or perhaps a clone, as one conspiracy site, Fourwinds, maintained -- although that page on Fourwinds is no longer available.
Christopher Story's defense: "As is always the case in such circumstances, a tentative operation is being mounted to claim that our report is false. This is tantamount to asserting that the Editor is a liar which (a) is fatuous given the record of these reports and (b) will have serious consequences if so asserted." (He's a Brit and their libel laws are stacked in favor of the plaintiff, so he likes to threaten to sue.) Dare I assert he's wrong?
His latest reference to Paulson, contained in the article you linked, deals with a previous (and unconfirmable) story about Paulson having been arrested and tried in Germany in late 2006 for massive financial crimes, but doesn't mention his later alleged assassination. However, I haven't yet found any disavowal of that assassination story. It seems that when his reports don't play out as expected, he sees another extension of the original conspiracy.
One of my favorites is his report that the entire board of directors of Citibank was believed to have been arrested and that the US Provost Marshal, the highest ranking military police officer, might also arrest three US presidents. And the story built from there: 3,000 bankers and others had been arrested, the Marines and Air Force had been called in to assist if needed, 9 aircraft are being filled with prisoners, the Provost Marshal is to take over Citibank and pay out the more than $4 TRILLION "Wanta Settlement", and British Citibank employees are flying in to help the Provost Marshal run the bank. When the story didn't develop as he had predicted, Story charged that the Provost Marshal had become part of the conspiracy. And so it goes.
Also, I've done quite a bit of searching and, whatever his accomplishments in the Thatcher days (he describes himself as having been "an occasional advisor" to her), I haven't been able to find any references in the last few years by financial firms or analysts to his International Currency Review. I see only conspiracy sites. It's not very satisfactory that the best evidence he has is the lack of evidence. Very Rumsfeldian.
I'm still open for something verifiable, something more than someone else's "intuitive knowing". My own intuitive knowing is that when even a sympathetic right-wing columnist who has expressed interest in Story's big story, "Wantagate", says that he wants to find out more but that "some of the stuff surrounding the Wanta story doesn't pass the 'smell test'", that's a caution flag. One of my favorite cartoons, Doonesbury, once parodied Sen. Ted Kennedy's longwindedness. After a convoluted incomplete answer by him to a question, a press conference participant pleaded "a verb, Senator, a verb". So I plaintively ask for "a fact, Mr. Story, a fact. One that can be fact-checked."
