I don't have a digital pic and don't know how to get one, so no can do. Like Frank I don't feel the need to do so all that very much.

I finally did enough cropping for the site to stop rejecting my pic... I was a bit worried that maybe it wasn't the size of the pic but the person in the pic that was the issue.

Alas here it is... :)

cranking uploader

I've tried uploading a new picture. I seemed to have gotten one uploaded that wasn't 85x85 and can't seem to replace it with one that is just a head shot. My avatar looks better than the actual "me" but I thought that maybe I should go with a pic of my caught in the act of preaching (on Earth Day 07)

Stephen, I cropped that same pic to a head shot that was 85x85 and couldn't get it to upload. I suppose I can try again...any suggestions? (I'll double check the size but I believe it was under 30K)

EDIT: OK, now it's just weird. The pic I want to upload is 85x85 and is under 5k. I've deleted the pic that's current and then logged out, logged back in, uploaded the pic I want...and it is still the pic you see. I give up, I can't figure out the problem.

Hi Stephen,

Assuming the twilight zone doesn't swallow the new shot (I still don't know how or why it wouldn't work yesterday or even how it got there today) feel free to replace the virtual me with the actual me on the home page.
